I really don't...So many things come to my mind. I really don't have the skill to articulate. <br /><br />First and foremost to me is the health issue, which obviously the mother was ignorant of. So many of these taboo parlors just do not follow the proper aseptic measures. Also her ignorance on the laws in her state. <br />And very importantly, the fact that the majority of the population in the US seems to have one or more tattoos, so this seems to have become as common as putting on deodorant! <br /><br />I don't think there was any need to actually arrest her! Maybe cite her to a hearing but not arrest! The tattoo place should know the law against tattooing a minor, will charges be brought against them?<br /><br />My thoughts are that in lieu of the motives, which are highly sentimental, this was an honest mistake,by a person that is surrounded by media hype which encourages this and other types of bodily decorations. <br /><br />More education is needed not arrests of mothers.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
